Perth Media: Casual Admin Assistant Required

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Casual Administration Assistant at our Nedlands based office. Initially the position would be for 1 day per week from October 1, 2018, but hours are expected to grow.

The role involves Reception and Personal Assistant duties to the Perth Media CEO Cate Rocchi

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a similar role and be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Drivers License is preferred.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Reception duties
  • PA to CEO
  • Client liaison
  • Arranging celebrations and functions
  • General IT queries
  • Additional duties as required
  • Book keeping
  • Research
  • Social media skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Close to public transport, no parking provided. 

The right candidate will have integrity, a good work ethic and attention to detail as well as the ability to follow instructions easily, use initiative and meet deadlines. We work hard and reward our staff for their efforts. Previous experience in a large office would be preferred, but not essential.
